About

Hello, I am Nancy (aka Liyu!) I am an Ethiopian American who is ethnically Amharan. I have a very keen interest in art, politics, history, religion, geopolitics, world politics, and languages.

I love to read a wide spectrum of literature and can speak four different languages. I love learning about different cultures, history, art, food, music, and people. I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry and mental health since 2005.

I lived in the Mediterranean area for six years and worked as a translator for a wide range of services. Foreign relations and foreign affairs have been my fascination but I have been digging more into the subject since I began advocating for the Amhara people starting in 2019.

I am passionate about human rights and free speech and I am using this platform to advocate for the ongoing massacres and ethnic cleansing of the Amhara people of Ethiopia to stop. The international community needs to investigate and bring the perpetrators and instigators to justice.

Let’s continue to be a voice for the voiceless!
